Richmond Success Academy Department Chair for School Counseling possesses extensive knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and counseling theories and practices. Moreover, Mrs. Singh's professional skills encompass the identification and analysis of students' needs, as well as effective therapeutic resolutions that significantly benefit the student body.  She has worked in education for more than 10 years.  She works diligently to focus on the whole learner.

Mrs. Singh has a thorough knowledge of customs and practices for examining, organizing, and processing internal documents.  Her ability to develop video orientation programs to acquaint students with new developments and to facilitate their school adjustment process, guiding each to superb interpersonal skills. She has a solid track record of producing extraordinary results in leading academic, social, and career development. Additionally, she is proficient in current web-based software specific to enhancing her skills and students. Mrs. Singh has strong communication (written/verbal), problem-solving, and organizational skills to meet the diverse needs of students, parents, and staff.  Her overall counseling skills include problem identification, analysis, and therapy resolution.
